How do you show your game play on your Nintendo when you use CamStudio

I want to make videos for YouTube with my camstudio, but i don't know how to show it on the screen or know how to make a video with it. Please help

Point your web cam at the TV screen while you play. Or get a capture card, that's a device you hook up to your computer so you plug your game systems into the computer instead of the TV, and you can "capture the video signal" that way. The other option is to record on screen from an emulator, but I won't explain this process because I am against using emulators as it hurts the gaming industry.
