How do you make a website?

I have a personal website.I do not have much technical knowledge hence with the help of my host provider 9cubehosting.com I was able to build my website in a very short span of time.I availed the domain plus hosting package from them at low cost and I also got the freebie along with it which included a website builder(Site Studio) hence building my website was very easy for me.

You can make a website pretty easily without having to use a high priced designer with Wordpress.org. You can download it for free, and you don't have to use it for a blog. Using pages and themes you can very easily create a nice website.
