A dealer advertised a car i wish to buy at a price on their site says its a typo what do i do

i want to purchase a vehicle i saw listed on a dealer's website what is my legal stand point if a dealer tries to say that price was a typo

depending on the advertising laws in your area you may be able to charge them under the false advertising act. If it is an obvious mistake however and their explanation is plausible I would suggest you keep shopping. For example if the advertised price is 2400 and they are selling it at 24000 it would be hard to declare they are false advertising.
