How do I get CostPoint to print correct 1099 Information for my Vendors?

All Vendors have been flagged fro 1099 Forms
The report is inaccurate as it does not print all 1099 Vendors
Corrections were made in the Maintain Vendor Screen but it does not populate to the 1099 list
