How do i get corrective jaw surgery for an overbite?

Well I really want corrective jaw surgery for my overbite rather than wearing braces for two years that may not even fix my bite. I was wondering where in the bay area can I get it done?
Will it be covered by medicare?
How can I state that it is medical rather than cosmetic or dental as well?

I also can get Blue Cross health insurance from my dad but would it be better to have Blue Cross cover it? Or do I need dental coverage?

Since you asked if it's covered by Medicare, I'm going to assume you're insured under Medicare. In this case, you should contact Medicare and ask them where to have it done. Medicare won't cover some seedy back alley place, they only cover set locations they have on record, so by asking them where to have it done, you can be sure they're going to pay for it.
