I was thrown from a horse nearly two wwks ago and have a very large and hard bump at area of bruisin

I was thrown from a horse on the 9th of Jan. sight of bruising on buttocks and hip/ lower back, very large,about 5 inches across, very hard and painful lump. advise

Uhh, just ice it dude, doesn't sound like anything's wrong. If you're having pain or discomfort when trying to move in certain positions, you may want to have a doctor check it out, but it sounds pretty normal.
