It's about my pc problem

i couldn't download any software and also i couldn't remove any software s that are not useful for me any more because always when i try to do so i receive an error message says that ( installer error 2203. c:\WINDOW\installer\48fee.ipi,-2147286960), so please i need your help and advise.what should i do?

Well I researched this issue, and the fix for it is very advanced and in depth, trust me, you don't want to get involved with it. Just back up your stuff and reinstall your operating system.
