Can i get money for being a assault victim?

No. Maybe if you sued the assaulter, but I don't see that working at all. The court cases would be simply based on criminal offense charges, not monetary value. That's like, if you punched me in the face, and then I went around demanding you gave me 20 dollars for it. It just doesn't work that way.

it depends on what injuries were caused by the assault you can sue for anything pain and suffering and whatnot if you had medical bills the count should make him pay them unless he lawyers up. then you will probably have a harder time but you dont have to do anything except give them there bills they will take care of it

Of course you can! Depending on the incident you can sue for pain and suffering, medical bills, loss of wages if you missed work, and even emotional distress in some cases!
