If you give each poor person 1000 dollars would it solve poverty?

No. Where the hell am I supposed to get that kind of money? I can't afford to frivolously give away 1000 dollars even to one person, yet at the same time I'm not in poverty either. Not to mention, most homeless people have some sort of mental disorder (this includes alcoholism and drug addiction), so a lot of people would just blow the 1000 dollars on something unnecessary and just be poor again. Not to mention, 1000 dollars won't do much without a job. A proper way to utilize the 1000 dollars would be to bathe, buy nice clothes, and some sort of job supplies (which will vary depending on the job you're trying to get), but with today's economy, there are almost no jobs at the moment for people to get. So all the poor people get 1000 dollars. Then what?

So the bottom line is no.

If someone will loan me $1,000.00 USD I can repay them within 4 days
and Plus the amount they loan me !
