Why my camillia wont bloom, it's approximately 15 years old and never bloomed.

I have a camillia that I planted some 15 years ago and it has never bloomed, I was told by the Argi. Ext. Agency to check the PH, well, it is in the mist of about 8 other camillias and they all are blooming beautifully. This plant has huge buds to come each season but they never open. It has never bloomed from the day I planted it, I rooted from it and the camillia that I rooted from it does the very same thing, "Somebody please help"!

if you get an answer I have a customer who has the same problem. her plant has never bloomed either
