If you are looking for a place to share your travel photos and stories, then try BigRoom.

Just take some sort of laxative. Like Ex-Lax: http://ex-lax.com/

I used to suffer from intestinal problems and I really did not think much of it. I also did not know how it was linked with my health and so did not see any significance of creating sure my bowels were going. When I was stop young I experienced from stiff and painful joint parts, spread, drifty thoughts and from excessive mood swings.

But, if you are not having regular movements then you have health issues, then moving and getting the bowels in good health will help clear up a lot of your health conditions.

1.Increase whole grains in your diet.
2.Increase the amount of oil in your diet
3.Avoid dry foods.
4.Avoid raw food.
5.Oil your skin.
6.Avoid bread, pasta and cereal.
7.Give your body a cleanse
