Can I claim both my kids this year on taxes?

In my divorce decree it states me and my x have joint custody with a Fri. to fri. schedule. With him claiming one and I claim one on taxes. Well he dropped them off to me in June of 09 and has only contacted them twice since that time. Meaning I have had them more than half the year. So can I claim them both for the 09 year.

Were they in you custody for at least 1/2 of 09 and did you pay all their maintence and upkeep, clothes, food, etc.?

If so, yes.
If no, no!
