How do I get a vehicle when I am on ssi and do not make enough to barely live?

I am on disability and have a monthly income of 600 dollars . 350 GOES TO RENT AND ELECTRIC.30 GOES TO PHONE .Food expenses range but I barely eat plus medical bills. I have bad credit and no cosigner or collateral for a loan so what do I do ? My email is rebfitness@yahoo.com and anybody can answer . ThankYou
