Is expired vitiamins ok?

I have vitiamins that expired in 2007 B+ Complex. should I throw them away?

Well most vitamins increase in acidity once they've expired. You risk giving yourself an ulcer. I would throw them away if I were you.

Any time. Another little note on the topic, aspirin get the most acidic after expiring over all other medications and vitamins.
