What can my friend do about his violation probation and running from his p.o?

I have a friend thats on the run from his probation. He didnt do it cuz he violated...he did it cuz his p.o. was telling the judge false information and he even went to jail for 10 days for a clean UA from the lab. This judge even put him in jail because he saw his p.o in shorts and supposably theres a dress code but is not against his probation. He lost his job where he earned his way up to be a supervisor and the judge didnt even consider that he was making a change for the good. she said that it didnt matter if he had a job or not he violated his probation for wearing shorts. So one day he did mess up and he smoked with a friend...NOT A CIGARETTE....and the p.o requested a random UA he came back positive. So they wanted him to go back to sign to be put in a community intervention center where he had been before(and he was not convicted of a drug charge). he was on probation for family violence. he never went back and has been on the run ever since(july 2009). any suggestions on what he should do or what might happen if he turns himself in......

Keep running until your probation is up, because then they can no longer charge you once your off paper.
