Please cut down on the caps, thanks.
He sounds like every other ill behaved seven year old I've seen within the last five to ten years. You need to teach your child to stop acting out. If he doesn't listen to you, punish him. Start small with a time-out, build up to taking things away. Remember: If you ground your child, take everything fun out of his/her room. If you don't, they'll just sit in their room playing games. What kind of punishment would that be?

It s hard to cope with children also who is 7 . Your job is really difficult. Never get angry with him.You can take him out him and he makes friend outside. Finally he gets better without you r not getting.

Have dad use his loudest, angriest voice to chastise the boy. But don't let Dad hit him. Mom, on the other hand, should BEAT THE CRAP OUT OF THE BOY. Young men (me and many of my friends with whom I've discussed this - I am 49) harbor no ill will toward our mothers for beating us as kids. We were never scared of them because they were our mothers. We knew we were being punished by the person who loved us most and the punishment would not get too rough. Most moms cry and apologize after they hit their kids. So it's a good way to teach kids to avoid doing wrong.
