CLICK ON START THEN PRESS ALL PROGRAMS THEN OPEN FROM THERE IF IT DONT WORK THEN RE INSTALL

Go to Start>Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs>Firefox>Remove, then after you've uninstalled it, open Internet Explorer and download and install it again. I'm pretty sure when you're uninstalling it, it will give you the option to not remove your bookmarks and preferences and all that jazz.
