how do i get my webcam working on my toshiba laptop? it works with some people then with others it dont work.

How do i get my webcam working?
If it works with some people, then it works. For the people it's not working with, it's their connection. Either you or they have a firewall blocking the web cam connection, or they're not using a version of messenger that is compatible with web cams.
