TV Court shows. How do the winners get their money due to them?

I understand the persons aired on the TV shows have waived their case and agreed to be on Television (such as Judge Judy). Does that mean, if they lose, they do not have to pay the party that is suing them? Who pays? How do the winners get their final judgement?

They are paid by the show producers. There is a fund set up by the production company to pay the plaintiff's after a ruling. Unless there is an exchange of property, then that must be handled by a local Marshall or Sheriff under order signed by the TV court Judge.
