Cannot digest my food for hours

No matter what time of day or night, once I eat a meal I start to feel full and stay that way for up to 8 hours.I can't breath well,it feels like I 'just' ate the 1st hour or the 5th,doesn't make a diff.It happens daily unless I eat very late at night before I go to bed. What is going on? And if I do eat late at night,I don't wake up in the middle of the night or in the morning feeling full.

If you are looking for a place to share your travel photos and stories, then try BigRoom.

My cousin was describing this symptom right before being diagnosed with Chron's disease. I'd go see a physician if I were you.

It sounds like you have low stomach acid. You should do an HCl challenge.

I used to feel like that every morning, so my mother in law suggested Isotonix Digestive Enzymes. I have had a much easier time with digestion, and it even helps when your stomach is upset occasionally. It worked for me, It might work for you too.

Best of luck!

Hi,
For a month make a distance between junk food and try to eat low fat food like soup and fruit juice. I think it will solve your digestion problem in a couple of weeks.

Indigestion is one of the main problems relating to the digestive system. In my opinion, the best way to treat this condition is to rely on natural remedies.
Here are some main home remedies for indigestion I often use when I suffer from this irritating issue:
1. Soda solution
2. Ginger
3. Chamomile
4. Mustard
5. Lime
To know more details about how those remedies work as well as many other treatments for indigestion, it is advisable that you read this article:
