Can you file yur taxes without your w2..just your last checkstub for the year

i wouldnt do that because sometimes your last check stub will be different then you w2. I did that last year with my last check stub instead of my w2 and this year we owe the government bc some things were different. So its best to wait for w2

I know from experience that if you go & have your taxes done that they will not accept your last check stub with your year to date info on it. Only w2's will do.
