Will gamestop buy a psp with custom firmware?
No they will not. It is actually illegal for any major retail chain to sell any system modded in any way. Furthermore, they will be very upset with you because with custom firmware, you could pirate games, thus stealing money from retailers (e.g. Gamestop).
