My puppy's eyes have not opened at 4 weeks...should i be worried?

My Beagle gave birth to 5 puppies, two were significantly smaller than the other three. One of these two died. However, the three normal sized pups opened their eyes normally at 10-14 days, but the smaller one still has not opened the eyes and it will be 4 weeks tomorrow. I called my breeder friend and he said that she is probably just behind and if nothing is abnormal (puss or anything else) she is probably just behind. I am getting worried though, should I be?

Wondering what happened with this puppy?
I'm no expert, but I'd give it at least one more week before worrying.

I agree... some pups take longer then others. Give them time.. they will open eventually :)
