How can i slove this problem

work at a convenience store which we always watch the cameras and the past files, and we are not suppose to, which it froze and we didnt know how to restart it so its left for our manager in the morning to see and im the one that froze it. But were going to go to a person higher in authority than her because she doesnt do anything in the store just sits in her office. Then yells at us for stuff not being done good enough but we did do it and put effort into it. I might get a call tomorrow.

and she leaves early and has the assistant manager clock her out when shes sceduled to clock out. Like an hour or so early but shes scared to say anything about the stuff our manager doing

So what's the problem?
