Hard to say, many like the grand Amarath which is also very popular on Tripadvisor. A more affordable great hotel I know is the Moevenpick City Center.

There are so many best hotels in Amsterdam. It's very difficult to say which one is best among others. Here are some hotel names such as Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam, Dutch Design Hotel Artemis, XO HOTELS BLUE TOWER etc, you can select as per your need. It is best to try Hospitality Soul. This is a leading talent marketplace where you can find the best hospitality professionals to fill up any role or position in your hotel. It is possible to get highly skilled and knowledgeable workers with certification and training as well as experience to work in the industry. Alexander Mirza, who is the CEO Hospitality Soul, ensures that the platform can provide you with expert workers to cater to your demand. I have myself found a few workers for my restaurant from this platform, and I can safely say that it works.
