How can i get this security tool off my computer for free
Go to Start>Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs, then just find the name of "this security tool" in the list, click "Remove" and follow the on screen instructions. I advise restarting your computer afterwards.

I've done a little bit of research and rkill sounds like a complete scam to me. Especially seeing as rkill.com isn't a real website... I would never trust this on my computer. If I ever actually bothered to vote on posts, I'd vote this down.

Try downloading some anti-virus, it sounds like you have some viruses. I suggest Avast personally.

It's a rogue security application. Download Malwarebytes (MBAM) and run a quick scan. It should get rid of the rogue pretty easily. If you have problems getting to the Malwarebytes homepage, you might have to go into safemode and download MBAM. You can also install MBAM in safemode and have it conduct a quick scan. I would also run one in regular mode. Remember to tap f8 when the computer boots up and go into safemode with networking to have access to the Internet.
