I just moved to another state and want to register my car. My car loan hasn't been paid in over a year and I have parking tickets. Will they still let me register the car?

the best thing i did in this condition, return your plates to your dmv, they will write off your parking tickets, wait for 40 days if you want to re-register it or move to other state and get a new plate. gluck
