How do I lose weight?

What exercise do I do to lose about 30 pounds in 1 month?

It's important to remember that muscle weighs 2.94 times as much as fat, and the act of exercising converts fat into muscle, so you shouldn't be aiming to lose weight, you should be aiming to thin your waist (as well as lose fat in other parts of your body).

I lost 30 lbs. of fat in 30 days safely and actually enjoyed it. I did it using a program we offer at our natural health center. (HealingWatersWellnessCenter dot com/weightloss) Exercise is necessary for fitness but I have changed my mind about it being the best way to go for weight loss. I feel better than I have in years and have experienced no ill affects and found that I actually want to exercise now that I lost some weight first. Find something that works for you personally and stick to it.

just try to take a hard running in the morning and do some stomach exercises and along with that avoid foot which contains more fat ingredients.

To lose 1 pound you have to burn 3500 more calories than you eat. That means, to lose 30 pounds in one month you would have to burn 105,000 more calories than you consume. If you are grossly overweight that could be possible but as your weight decreases, the amount of calories you need to support that weight declines so takes more time to lose it.
