Well if you have anything on it that you need, take it to a computer shop to have your data backed up, and then while you're there, they can reinstall the operating system for you. Otherwise, if you don't need the information that's on it, then you'll need an instillation disc. A copy of Windows XP Professional costs like 13 dollars, just pick one up at Best Buy or some other retailer.
