Blue color dont line up on myprojection tv how can i fix it

You'll need to get the manufacturer to fix that. It's a very small delicate part deep inside the TV that needs to be adjusted, and it's just not a good idea to do it yourself. Furthermore, if it's damaged some-how, you won't be able to get the replacement part anywhere. Only the manufacturer can help you here.
