my verizon ENV2 has stopped charging alltogether, and i just bought a brand new battery hoping that would fix the problem, but it didnt. what else could i do?

Why has my phone stopped charging?
Go to your local Verizon retailer and explain your situation to them. If it's still under warranty, they'll fix it free, if not, it's probably cheaper than a new phone.
