Hello,
It is easy to upload videos from computer to your iPod. It is hard to upload videos from iPod to computer because Apple iTunes blocks from doing that.

If you want to know the way to do that, please refer to the article below:

It can support all ipod models.

To convert YouTube to iPhone on Mac, you need a YouTube video converter for Mac. There is a quick-and-easy way of converting YouTube videos for free and put them to your iPhone.
Free Download Windows version
Free Download Mac version

Step 1. Install and run Aviosoft Video Converter for Mac.
Step 2. Load YouTube videos. Click the “Add Files” button to import your downloaded YouTube video files, you can also drag and drop the video into the program.
Step 3. Choose the output format in iPhone by selecting the model according to which iPhone you have.

Step 4. Click “Convert” button to start the YouTube to iPhone converting process.
After the YouTube to iPhone on Mac conversion is finished, uncheck to activate the “send to iTunes” feature and click to launch iTunes. You can upload the output videos to your iPhone and enjoy it freely!

You have to connect your iPod to your computer via a USB cable first and then you need to upload your iPod videos to your computer through iTunes or any other free software. I got to know an easier and safer software to help you. You can simply have a try.
