Where can I locate mechanism for 30"wX80"h interior swing door & installation instructions?

Swing door is a typical interior door located between two interior rooms and which can be closed or pushed into open positions in either room and remains in the open position. Door and mechanism are damaged and need to be replaced including the broken mechanism at base of door, the associated plate in the floor and the mounting at the top of door its plate in the upper door frame, but I cannot locate replacement mechanism locally nor identify it by manufacturer or part number since no information is on mechanism. It appears that it was a standard interior door modified to accept mechanism by notching out bottom corner of door. It also appears that it would be fairly simple to install but since a spring is part of the door mechanism, instructions would be helpful. Help in locating mechanism and installation instructions will be appreciated. Thanks, Bob Karr
