I don't know the Samsung Flight, so I can't tell you for sure, but here are the various methods for various phones...
1) Bluetooth file exchange. Just sync the phone with the computer, and drag-and-drop the music into the "MP3" folder.
2) USB. Hook up the phone to the computer using a USB cable, and then drag the music into the "MP3" folder. Warning: Not all phones will work with a regular USB cable, some phones you need to buy a special one from the company that makes the phone.
3) Micro SD card. Just pull the Micro SD card out of your phone, put it into a card reader, then drag-and-drop into the "MP3" folder.
4) Some phones require special software that will provide you with a GUI (Graphical User Interface) for putting on and taking off audio/video/and pictures.
5) If all else fails, hit it with a hammer. Won't help you get your MP3s on it, but it'll help relieve some aggression.

First of all you have to plug your USB cable into your laptop/computer etc. Then you go onto 'My Computer' and click on Removeable Disk F. Finally you go onto ITUNES and drag the songs you wish to download to your phone into the 'MP3' icon. Enjoy.

iTunes music can't be played on Android devices because of DRM(Digital Rights Management). So you need to remove DRM first and then convert files to mp3 format. NoteBurner M4P Converter Plus can help you.

Why download music it will occupy lots of space on your phone. Just go to SoundCloud site to listen different kind of songs. You can upload your own songs here. Use buy SoundCloud followers service to boost your track popularity. More and more audience will click over your track and listen what you have uploaded.

This is a tribute to one of my favorite artists/poets - Leonard Cohen (R.I.P) - "We don't write the play, we don't produce it, we don't direct it and we're not even actors in it... Everybody eventually comes to the conclusion that things are not unfolding exactly the way they wanted, and that the whole enterprise has a basis that you can't penetrate. Nevertheless, you live your life as if it's real. But with the understanding: It's only a thousand kisses deep, that is, with that deep intuitive understanding that this is unfolding according to a pattern that you simply cannot discern."
