My itouch is stuck in a incase hard case. on the itouch is a skin from skinit.com and the case is stuck. What should I do to get the case off?

How can i get my itouch out of its case?
There should be a part on the seam that is indented a little. Take a quarter, put it into the indentation, and twist, it should pop right open. Don't be afraid to put some muscle into it.
