Two girls say they like me then a week later they dont at all or say they dont, whats going on??

They both say they want to do things with me and flirt with me all the time and then a certain amount of time passes and its like they dont want to at all anymore or they say i just want to be friends and then a week passes and their back to liking me again. The one girl i really like has a boyfriend and even told him that she had feelings for me and likes me alot. Then when he said that he doesnt want us doing anything, she tells me that her feelings changed and that she just likes guys. And got extrememly deffensive when i asked her about it. Does she really like me or not?
