Can use a Visa gift card to add money to my Walmart Money Card?

there is a local craft/old time general store that dosnt accept debit or credit cards they take cash only and I can use my Walmart Money Card to get cash back, so I need to know if I can do this becuase there is a really nice gift there I want to get for someone
