How do I compress audio and video together with Camstudio?

I have just used your powerful software-Camstudio to create a video tutorial that recorded the sound together. At the end of the recording, the audio part was saved separately from the video part because the software could not compress them together. How do I compress them together to become a video file with audio.

First BEFORE you record go to:Options>Audio options>Click the one you want to choose (exa: Speakers) then find your speaker or mic. Make sure that is marked
