Why when i pay for Ebay item with paypal it asks me to pay with my credit card on file ?

Why when i pay for Ebay item with paypal it asks me to pay with my credit card on file in PayPal account, i have 1 dollar in PayPal account and item costs 1.50. What i want to ask if i would have enough money in my PayPal account would i able to pay for it with my PayPal Balance, and not my credit card on file in PayPal account ?

Yes if you have the full amount to pay for the item in your paypal account
