Okay... This one is common sense to some people. The scriptures state, (if you have heard of it or believe in it) that sex before marriage is wrong and one of the ten commandments. It depends on the laws of that state and your age. Most people consider marriage before sex out of date and old fashioned but it is a good idea to get to know your partner before you have sex. You do not want to have kids at a young age if you are a girl, or be stuck taking care of someone if you are a guy who is irresponsible, or have a young person married to an adult that is too many years past their time. It is your decision with suffering though future pros and cons. The pro is that you have a partner who has sex with you and the cons are the dislike in the relationship, being just a sex friend or toy, or other legal problems relating to both family issues and following rules of religion and society. I am trying to summarize my answer in the kindest way possible. I think someone else has asked this question before but relating to a different place or circumstance.

I would say it is illegal in any state as it is just WRONG!
An x friend of mine committed adultry and now thanks to him his wife now has aids and thier kids could loose a mom. Learn control, decentcy and use your head. If you want to be with someone else do it right break up or divorce the one you are with so you have no one to cheat on. Or you could just for a few minutes put yourself in the shoes of the one you are cheating on.
