the only detail i have is this: Incredimail Ltd Valletta appeared on my charge account for the 28th of November. No one in my household knows what it is about, but it cost me $39.95.

I have had the same problem. I received a charge on my credit card for $39.95 listed as Incredimail Ltd Valletta on April 16, 2010. I called the Israel software company with no help. There is nothing on the website to handle charge backs or other complaints. If anyone knows how to contact someone in person, I would greatly appreciate it. I have no idea what the charge is for - I did not authorize it. Thanks, anyone, for you help!! Sincerely, Carol
