I was recently discharge on my bankruptcy, however I had the option to keep a car which..I did.

This car was for my mother who was making monthly payments. Six months later the car is being repo due to non payment. Can they take me to court and garnish my wages. Can the repo man show up at my job and harass me. Can they legally do this once you were discharged.?
