How do i pan in camstudio?

I am using Camstudio. and it says I can autopan ( under options)
but I have it selected and Its not doing what I think its should be doing.. I think itshould auto zoom in closer when Im focused on an area in my video if im hovering over a spot on the desktop area Im recording.

then just go to pan under options instead of autopan. or look it up in the FAQ
