Can a bank financing mistake be rectified?

Business and finance
I finally recieve my disability check after all of these years of filing for it. I put in a amount in my bank. I go to purchase a car and ask my bank to finance the car for me. After financing the car I go and write out checks for other things that I need like repairs on my truck and repairs on my house, things I have been needing for the longest to do. Then all of my checks are return because the folk at the bank finance the car with all of my money instead of their money as I ask them to which left me completely broke and charged with over draft fees. Is there anything that I can do to get them to correct the problem or rectify their mistake?

talk to your bank. If you actually financed a car you have payment terms they must adhere to.

Pitch a fit at the car company. Make them pay all the overdraft charges..it was their mistake. Be very firm when you confront the car compamy about it. Don't take no for an answer!
