To have the nurse bring Juliet to her so Lady Capulet can urge Juliet to look Paris over and see that he is the husband for her. [:

Lady Capulet calls the Nurse back, because Lady Capulet does not know how to talk to Juliet. The Nurse has always played the maternal role in Juliet's life, and Lady Capulet shares a troubled relationship with her daughter.
