Activation of RoboScreenCapture 2.02.180

How can I re-activate my old version of RoboScreenCapture 2.02.180 ? The activation process says that the connection fails. I need this tool ! I can not accept, that it is lost now.

Thanks in advance

I have the same problem. Got a new computer and when I went to use RoboScreenCapture [ver. 2] I had to go through the activation process. I OWN the program and have a legitimate S/N but the server, eHelp no longer exists and could NOT activate it. Even went through Adobe support who now owns Macromedia products and the Customer Support Portal couldn't help me nor could the forums for RoboHelp [the umbrella program]. Once they saw my problem they quit replying to the thread I had started.

If you read this response, let me know and maybe we can put our heads together and find a solution. It's a great capture program and having used Snagit and others I LOVE the Robo best!
Hope to hear from you OR anyone who can help us.
Have you tried, gee, I dunno... Contacting the company?

The company that originally owned RoboScreenCapture [RSC] is eHelp, the company that conducts this forum. I have emailed them today, to see if they will resolve this dilemma.
So, yes, I have contacted them and Adobe and Macromedia!
Yes and No, the domain eHelp.com is previously owned by eHelp Corporation, but this company was acquired by Adobe several years ago, after the acquisition Adobe discontinued using the eHelp brand (since the brand Adobe is more widely recognized).

Finally, I bought this domain on June, since I think this domain is really match the idea I have (a Q & A site). So, this site currently has zero affiliation with Adobe/Macromedia, for support of that product, you should still contact Adobe.

And I've loved the site since ^_^
