Which credit counseling service handles secured loans - car loans?

please refer me to a credit counseling service that handles secured loans such as upside down car loans? thank you.

You need to go to whoever loaned you the money for the car in the first place. I'm upside down in a car loan also but the only way to get out is to pay what you loaned really unless you want to ruin your credit. Be responsible.
