I sprayed my home with hot shot, bed bug spray, and their was some cookies left out and my son start

i spray the house with hot spot, for bed bugs and my son started eatting a cookie, that was left out, the spray was going off near where the cookies were, but i just want to know if i should watch out for any sign, and what would they be

would like to know I can do about a cochroach and bed bug problem since management from this particular complex don't seem to care what conditions we have to live under.Is thereanyone that I can contact some health organization that I can contact?
