How long are you suppose to take a colon cleanse or is it is a monthly cleanse?

I'm taking Dual Action Colon Cleanse, should I continue purchasing this product on a monthly basis. I am usally on a regular schedule everyday, except maybe once a week I miss one day of moving my bowels.

I would recommend using it one time to see if that fixes the problem. If it doesn't you can try eating Activia yogurt everyday for 2 weeks(it'll cost $8 to purchase enough for 2 weeks at Walmart). If that does not solve your problem I'd recommend going to a physician. Using Colon Cleanses can be dangerous if you over-use them, be careful and good luck!

Colon clenses can be used safely every six months. They are fantastic. I use them. I'm 54 and the picture of health.
