Anyways, this question hasn't been answered for a couple of reasons. For starters, it doesn't make any sense. Grammatically it doesn't mean anything. Furthermore, sometimes questions get buried by other questions before someone can come along and answer them. Also, sometimes people just don't have a good answer. I personally check every question, and if I don't post an answer, it's because I don't have one. In this case, I didn't have an answer, because as I said, it doesn't make any sense. That's why no one has answered.
